SURVEY ONE
Question 1:
Upcoming movies: Would you prefer to see more abductions or something else
like "Cockzilla vs. the Busty Defender?" (Think Tokyo getting
stomped by a giant horny monster and an equally giant woman who's out to
save the Earth! You know...miniature city getting leveled crunched
onlookers, etc.)
Just about 3/5ths went for
"non-abduction" flics. Pretty much mirrors my own thinking.
We'll always have some abductions but most of the R&D is going
into ways to make "parody" flics of old classic sci-fi themes as
well as some TV shows. My whole reason for the site is to explore sci-fi
from a grow-up's point of view (that means including sex). As the
site grows, we'll continue to stretch the budget and take on more
ambitious projects. Giants, Mad Scientists, Invasions, and Dark
Explorations await us...just to name a few.
Question 2:
A6: The Airlock #6 story keeps evolving. It started as a photo/Poser
hybrid but has since gone 100% Poser. Question is...Do you like it better
now or should we go back to the original photo/Poser format?
Surprised the hell outta
me. I really expected the photo/poser hybrid to be the popular choice.
Poser and other 3D programs allow us to explore and do things that
just can't be done otherwise. It will always be a big part of SBC. Now
A6...might just be another story. Literally.
Question 3:
Feature updates - those once a month ongoing stories: Would you prefer
more 3D (Poser) stories OR more hand drawn comic artwork?
Hmmm...another
surprise. I'da bet my left nut that the comics would be the biggie - just
look at the overwhelming support for the PDC! Guess it's good new for me
though - either way really - 'cause we gotta bunch of new Poser story
tellers (and some really good comic artists too) working on new
projects right now. The future is bright!
Question 4:
What's the most IMPORTANT reason that you're a SpaceBabe Central Veteran?
Now this is weird. After
the big emphasis put on the Poser/3D art in the other questions - it's
voted the least important here. Uh...okay. I'll say this though, the
movies #1 and I like to hear that. The Comic artwork vote is no doubt
boosted by the VERY popular PDC and the 3D vote is...just...eclipsed by
the rest?

Question 1:
What do you think of the site's layout? On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 meaning
"it's perfect - don't change anything" and 1 meaning "Trash
it! Try again."
Overwhelmingly, most
members are pretty happy with it. I'm a little surprised by that 'cause
it's waaay different than what ya see on more "commercial"
websites and it takes a little getting used to. We'll continue to tweek it
as the need arises but I guess we'll mainly leave it alone. It'll be
getting a face lift pretty soon anyway, but I'd much rather put the
effort into the content rather than the presentation - THANKS!
Question 2:
Newscasts: Like 'em? 1 to 10 again - 10 means "Can't live without 'em",
1 means"Save the trouble, they suck!"
LOVE IT/HATE IT! Wildest
part of the survey! Check out the chart. Almost equal numbers of votes on
each extreme. But most guys put 'em in the "like it a lot"
category. My Solomon-like decision I'll just keep on doing them as we can.
They've always been an "extra" feature - not part of the
weekly/monthly rotation so you guys that like them rejoice - there's more
in the works! For them what don't - hey, don't sweat it, they don't
substitute for anything else so they're really just cost-free
"extras". And they're fun DAMMIT!
Question 3:
Poll Driven Comic How do you like it so far? 1 to 10. 10 means "I
LOVE it", 1 means "IT BLOWS! I don't like it at all!"
Second only to BIG BOOBS in
popularity! I'm just tickled shitless that FurBall's story making skills
are appreciated. And it's nice to feel like I'm on the same wavelength
with the guys who pay the bills around here. There's a few dissenters, but
OVERWHELMINGLY, most members think that the PDC ROCKS!!!! Me too.
And guys, he's just starting
to lay out his ideas...wait till this summer!
Question 4:
Boobs...(one of my favorites): How important is it to you that the
Spacebabes be BUSTY? 1 to 10, 10 means "Big boobs rock my
world", 1 means "Get over it dude - women come in all shapes and
sizes and I like 'em FLAT!"

This is my second go around with you guys and I really like how it's
looking after about a years absence. I also am signed up on SHC and love
that, too. Keep up the awesome work. A couple of things to, as you say,
"turn my crank even better." I know that this isn't a boot site,
and isn't trying to be one, but I noticed that the women in some of your
shoots are wearing some sort of heeled sandal. They need to properly
protect their precious tootsies while cavorting in outer space . . . they
need boots. Beautiful women, saucy costumes, big guns and sexy boots! What
more could a man want? Also, I know you touched on it in the poll, but I
think it would be cool if you guys put a few more hand drawn pictures on
the site. That's one of the things I really like about SHC. They have some
really talented artists putting up some terrific comic gals over there and
I'd love to see the same over here. I believe I saw some stuff by one of
SHC's contributors, MBEN, on Comic Babe Central that would be right up
your alley. Some really wicked babes toting laser guns and getting
blasted. Talk about turning my crank. One last thing might you guys ever
think about re-running some of the older stuff? I've seen bits of Red
Duke's Knights of Justice and just fell in love with it, but I missed it
when it ran. I'm stoked about seeing his new story! It looks great; thanks
for offering it up like this. Anyway, keep up the good work and I look
forward to your next poll.

Rather than paying to be constantly waiting to download material from the
website, would it be possible to have a subscription service where you
could notify participants that new CD's would be shipping based on
pre-existing preferences (i.e. all poser, poser and cartoon, etc.)
Hmmm...no.
Love it or not, the Internet is the best means for discreet wide area
distribution. The custom CD idea (we've kicked it around before) would
just triple our cost to distribute and would NOT appeal to most members.
Lotsa guys would FREAK if we started mailing things to them! We don't even
email members unless there's a problem (like a password that got
hacked). Probably the closest we're gonna get is the archive CD's. Each
one has 8 weeks of content on it - just as it was presented on the site.
There's tons of samples of the content of each one and if you're a member
they sell for $30 - 25% less than the cost of membership for the
same period. So that's a ready solution - if you can wait till the
CDs are produced!

Keep archive stuff around permanently. It sucks that new people have to
buy a $40 CD. Then they find out that most of the material sucks on that
CD. Plus they still pay for a Subscription. Bad Form Guys.
Never
gonna happen. If the old stuff was always up we'd see a bunch of
"once a year to catch up" joins and there simply would not be
a SpaceBabeCentral for lack of funds! We've seen "competitors"
do just that - and then seen 'em disappear overnight. It's all about the quality
of the membership - hence the survey on how to improve it. If I
was a member since day one (and there's still a bunch of 'em) and paid
every month to be part of the site, and then they (we) turned around and
gave it away to guys that joined months or years later...I'd feel
betrayed. It'd be a stab in the back to the guys who've always been
there for us. HOWEVER when CFC (our sister site) turns 3 next month
they're gonna try a slightly modified scheme that includes some of the
oldest material - I'll watch and see how that works out for Jimbo.

rotating out a "full movie" from time to time in the member
area. Currently Zingnata! It's a member bonus that we swap out from time to time
as I get them re mastered and ready for PPV streaming. Members get first

the flics go up.

It would be great if we could get a live action 3D movie with voice actors
and sound FX. Or a cartoon movie, as well, this could be done with your
'live' movies as well, and because there comics (2D or 3D), you can get
away with a lot more then you real action movie clips (which are great as
well). As this is a time consuming thing updates would take a while, but
I'm sure it would be worth the wait. And may cost a little bit more, you
can add this as an extra purchase as well, even make it into poll driven
kind of thing. It's just an idea.

love the 3D movies too! Reality is that it would take another (expensive
and full-time) staffer just to get one done per month. Most people GREATLY
underestimate the man-hours required. It's just a cost/benefit problem. If
we ever figure out how to get something worthwhile at any kinda
reasonable cost - it'll be a done deal! You REALLY nailed one of my
"GOTTA HAVES" - just can't blow a year's movie budget on it. But
I'm always thinkin' about it...someday.

I would prefer to have access to a complete comic rather than parts. The
videos are cute, but not very exciting for me. I like what you offered
from Nightwing316. I received just what I wanted and nothing else at a
reasonable price. For me that is better than what is offered on your
regular CDs. The highlight of your site for me is the free stuff in Galaxy
of Terror. I can check the artist I like and see if they provided updates
and view them. That way I don't waste my time looking at stuff that
doesn't interest me. If I wanted to see straight consensual sex, I would
rent videos - I prefer the poll driven comics over A6reboot.
We're
actually working (slowly) on some "compilation" CD's like the
year one poser one we've already done - but that's all waaaaay back-burner
stuff. The site's the 800 .lb gorilla and always will be.

type of website what attracted me was the abductions an that was what i
voted 4. but as long as u follow the same formula of women being captured

you ever consider an outside source for a new story? do i want
compensation? no!! would u wantmy ideas? probably not. but if in the

The abduction video idea was okay but the women being stuck on the table
all the time sucked i like were the site is going with the videos now with
the women characters able to do more than just lay in one place in one
position.
When we get a model that's
up for a little hard-core, THAT's when we sneak in an abduction -

More nudity and hardcore sex!!! I can't stress that enough. It seems this
site is a lot of tease 95% of the time. Meaning just a lot of scantily
clad women. That or it will be the same kind of fake-ass sex I can see on
cable. Like the first survey said, movies are the most important part of
this site. Don't ruin it for us by not giving us hardcore sex! And don't
do like in some movies you have had by putting up visual effects during
the sex scenes. That just isn't cool. So, in review... LOL More hardcore
sex, more unusual sex and more nudity! One last thing... Downloading the
movies is important too. This newest series has the longest intro and
ending "credits" I have ever seen on an internet pay site! That
isn't cool. Make it short and sweet especially when, so far, there is no
sex. I mean, I could care less about the story, plot and stuff. Just give
me hot women having "XXX" sex!

I originally joined for the original Red Duke story, and rejoined to get
this story. Instead of "A6", I wish a Red Duke story could be
weekly and his Knights of Justice universe fleshed out and expanded.
Then
you're just gonna love "Operation Blackman" from Red Duke. It
starts in May and it's easily his best.

So that's the survey results to date All-in-all I got much
more useful feedback than I had any right to expect. I'm not big on
"polls", "surveys", or even meetings - I'm more of a
one-on-one kinda mutant, but based on the quality of the feedback I'm
getting, I may have to change my opinion. Thanks everyone. I'll do my best
to incorporate a lot of these ideas and keep SBC the kinda site that meets
your needs and keeps you engaged.
